iltaqi.com is a web service that makes it easy to manage and organize events with your friends.

iltaqi users have access to a stream of activities and events happening around them, and can form a group among friends that want to discuss, plan and decide on what to do and how to do it. Instead of having to deal with long and confusing email threads, iltaqi simplifies planning complexity so you can focus on going out and having fun!

iltaqi is a resident at Seeqnce, the Startup Catalyst. Working with the tools, people & resources in Seeqnce’s enhanced startup ecosystem has provided iltaqi with the opportunity to constantly share knowledge and ask questions related to – among others – web application usability features, the challenges of finding qualified local programmers, internet connectivity, etc…

And since sharing knowledge is not part of the regional culture, startups at Seeqnce truly benefit from collaborating in an open, transparent, honest, & trustworthy environment. The learnings and best practices of one, become available to all at Seeqnce, significantly reducing overhead & redundancies, whilst increasing creativity & efficiency.

iltaqi.com is a team of 4 people, led by Fadi Bizri (@fbizri). It has been in development throughout 2010, with a private alpha version already in testing. A public version is scheduled for release in September 2010!
